Todd, began his design career at 19 years old working at first as a
draftsman, then a designer at Mayotte and Associates. Todd developed his
design intuition for 8 years until he became the only person, except
principal Ron Mayotte, to take on design duties in the history of this
prestigious firm. During this time Todd obtained his Bachelors of
Architecture from Lawrence Technological University.
Seeking additional knowledge of the construction end of the business Todd
took employment at Delcor Homes a building/development company. He strove
to learn every aspect of the business. Using his creative background he
developed construction solutions allowing Delcor to become the first
builder in the nation to become ISO certified. Todd ultimately became the
President of this 50 million dollar company. During this time his work was
published on the cover of Professional Builder, in Builder magazine,
Construction Today and recognized by consecutively winning the last seven
Parade of Homes in the Detroit area. |
